NYC Photo Journal: 2. Theater to Orchids
Here I am again in Tissue-Box City. There is “something going around” and it got me. Started with one innocent sneeze while at Bed, Bath and Beyond, and it went beyond, onward, upward, downward. But the good news is I am trying to catch up on some editing.
I have so many photos to edit and it is always a job. In addition I am taking some on-line studies in iPhone photography and digital imaging. Spending a lot of time looking and trying to process and apply the information. And, the news is that the iPhone has become a respected form of camera. It is plain and simple, light as a feather, it goes here, there and everywhere you go, and there are so many apps that edit photos beautifully but you have to know how to use them. So I am playing, experimenting, and missing my blogging.
Actually, I haven’t had all that much time to sit and the computer and compose. Been spending a lot of time in Manhattan at theaters and concerts, been going to venues closer to home as well, just going and going can sometimes be tiring, especially in this never-ending Winter.
Sometimes feeling ill is a blessing in disguise. Speaking of feeling ill, my ocular migraines have diminished in frequency and duration. What’s different? One med has been doubled and is a more “normal” dose. In addition, I go for bio/neuro feedback; very interesting! I think it is helping.
Let’s start here; Easter Sunday in Manhattan … a great show at Manhattan Theater Club, Airline Highway.
The New York Botanical Garden was packed as it neared the end of the Orchid Show. It was the first nice day in months and people crowded in. Enjoy the color.
Thanks for bringing all the beautiful flowers into our grey lives. Happy to see you are back 🙂
Lovely photos, love my iPhone, happy to hear things a better and busy for you /:-)
