My favourite poem is ‘Good Humor’, which immediately transported me to the age of early primary school and thoughts of when I lived in Encino, California, with my parents and all those clumsy, dusty brothers and me and my long blonde hair and pretty little dresses with ties and black patent leather shoes. My memory merged into yours and your delightful way of capturing that sensory experience, letting it drip down my sticky fingers with cool and creamy delight. I liked the Orange Humorette too!

My favorite poem is “Birthday Doll” because it reminded me of when we were kids.
